Simply refer any new client(s) to us. If they sign up to our home watch service, you will automatically get 1 month of your own home watch inspections completely FREE!

Clients can refer as many people as they want and receive one free month for each of the qualified referrals. A qualified referral is a new client who utilizes our home watch inspection services for at least four months within a calendar year. This one free month credit cannot exceed $100 per month.

For our Realtors and Property Managers, this is a great way to say thank you to your new buyer!

Once you refer any clients to us and they sign up for our home watch service, you will receive $50 cash!

Of course, each referral will need to indicate your name when they sign up.
